Training Generator

Training creation · ElevenLabs TTSOriginated the product, built the prototype, and led engineering through launch.

Decision: Prove the complete course workflow with a working prototype before engineering scaled it.
Shipped: I originated the product, built the prototype, secured internal support, and led engineering through launch of AI lessons, ElevenLabs narration, and SCORM delivery.
Result: Course creation moved from hours to minutes.

Decision: Choose a focused MVP we could build within a month, fit to our platform and designed to support future work.
Shipped: I independently designed, built, tested, and launched the ElevenLabs voice simulation.
Result: The MVP was used in customer simulation campaigns.

Phishing Template Generator

Brand research · AI generationBuilt the prototype engineering used as the production foundation.

Use brand context to create security awareness email templates.

Decision: Ground email generation in brand identity, rather than asking the model to invent the design context.
Shipped: I built and tested the research-to-email prototype, documented the integrations, and handed it to engineering.
Result: Engineering adopted the prototype as the production foundation; I later took over the pod to drive it toward GA.
